CRESCENDO — a half hour independent pilot co-written by, produced by, and co-starring Jenna Park. An outwardly ambitious and charismatic opera singer fights to maintain her stature while silently struggling with a trauma inflicted by her grad school peer, until her destructive behaviors threaten to dismantle her budding singing career.
Produced in 2019 by Jenna Park, Kelsey Peterjohn, Marc Pitre, and Naomi Rohatyn. Directed by Lizzie Germann, DP Justin D. Lee. CRESCENDO premiered at the CoMo Shorts Festival in Lizzie Germann’s hometown of Columbia, MO, and was an official selection at the Woods Hole Film Festival and for Catalyst Story Institute in 2021.
